Fees, Subscriptions, and Finality of Payments
Bitcoin Strategy charges fees denominated in USD for products, services, and access to content made available through the website or related communication channels.
Clients agree to pay all such fees at the rates at the beginning of the chargeable billing period for such fees are incurred.
By submitting payment information such as credit card details upon registration, the Client gives Bitcoin Strategy and related payment processors permission to retain such information and to charge all fees to such payment method.
The Client has the obligation to report to Bitcoin Strategy any billing problems or discrepancies within 30 days after they first appear on the Client's credit card statement. Failure to do so waives any right to challenge or dispute such a problem or discrepancy.

- take any lawful steps necessary to collect fees owed

Any and all payment transactions are final. Payments are not refundable in any way or circumstance. There are no refunds, nor credits given in any case. The Client is fully liable for all designated charges related to services provided by Bitcoin Strategy.
Bitcoin Strategy reserves the right to change subscription fees at any point in time.
Limitations of Liability
The Client acknowledges that trading and investing in cryptocurrencies and any crypto-related assets is highly speculative and can result in the loss of the entire capital.
The client acknowledges and agrees that trading and investing in cryptocurrencies should only be undertaken if the Client has sufficient financial resources and can afford to lose all value in the asset invested
Bitcoin Strategy is not regulated by any securities regulator or government agency of any kind. None of the content or services related to the Bitcoin Strategy website or communication channels is financial, legal tax, or accounting-related advice. Bitcoin Strategy is not a financial advisor. None of the content or communication provided by Bitcoin Strategy constitutes any facilitation of any sale or exchange of a security.
The Client acknowledges that Bitcoin Strategy is in no circumstance liable for any risk, loss, or damage resulting from using the information made available by Bitcoin Strategy or resulting from transacting with assets mentioned on Bitcoin Strategy's website or services.

Age Limitation
The Bitcoin Strategy website and its services can solely be used by Clients who have reached the minimum age of 18.The Bitcoin Strategy website and its services should solely be used by persons having the legal capacity to be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Location of Operation, Governing Law, Exclusive Jurisdiction
Bitcoin Strategy is operated from the Hong Kong SAR of China. If the Client is not located within the Hong Kong SAR, the Client agrees to use a service that is not subject to the Client's regulatory jurisdiction.
